Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival (simplified Chinese: 春节; traditional Chinese: 春節; pinyin: Chūnjié), or the Lunar New Year (simplified Chinese: 农历新年; traditional Chinese: 農曆新年; pinyin: Nónglì xīnnián), is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is an important holiday in East Asia. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first lunar month (Chinese: 正月; pinyin: zhēng yuè) in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th; this day is called lantern Festival (simplified Chinese: 元宵节; traditional Chinese: 元宵節;pinyin: yuánxiāojié).
Chinese New Year's Eve is known as Chúxī (除夕). Chu literally means "change" and xi means "Eve".
Celebrated in areas with large populations of ethnic Chinese, Chinese New Year is considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had a strong influence on the new year celebrations of its geographic neighbours, as well as cultures with whom the Chinese have had extensive interaction. These include Korene, Mongolians, nepalese, Bhutanese,Vietnamese, and formerly the Japanese before 1873. In Singapore, Indonesia, Maleysia, the philippine, thailand, and other countries with significant Chinese populations, Chinese New Year is also celebrated, largely by Oversaes Chinese, but it is not part of the traditional culture of these countries. In Canada, although Chinese New Year is not an official holiday, many ethnic Chinese hold large celebrations and Canada Post issues New Year's themed stamps in domestic and international rates.

คืนก่อนวันตรุษจีน ตามภาษาจีนกลาง หมายถึงการผลัดเปลี่ยนยามค่ำคืน
ตรุษจีน มีการเฉลิมฉลองทั่วโลกโดยเฉพาะชุมชนขนาดใหญ่ของคนเชื้อสายจีน ตรุษจีนถือเป็นวันหยุดที่สำคัญมากช่วงหนึ่งของชาวจีน และยังแผ่อิทธิพลไปถึงการฉลองปีใหม่ของชนชาติที่อยู่รายรอบ เช่น ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี เมี่ยน ม้ง มองโกเลีย เวียดนาม ทิเบต เนปาลและภุฐาน สำหรับชาวจีนที่อาศัยอยู่ต่างถิ่นกันก็จะมีประเพณีเฉลิมฉลองต่างกันไป ในประเทศไทย

ชุดผลไม้ที่มีความหมายมงคล เช่น
1. ส้ม คนจีนแต้จิ๋วเรียกแบบชาวบ้านว่า กา แต่ส้มมีอีกคำเรียกว่า ไต้กิก ไต้ แปลว่า ใหญ่ กิก แปลว่า มงคล ไต้กิก จึงแปลว่า มหาสิริมงคล แต่ถ้าแปลง่ายๆ แบบชาวบ้านก็คือโชคดี
2. กล้วย จีนแต้จิ๋วออกเสียงว่า เก็ง-เจีย จะเล่นเสียงว่า เก็ง-เจีย-เก็ง-ไล้ แปลว่า ถึงโชคเข้ามา กับอีกความหมายว่า กล้วย มีผลมากมายแถมเป็นเครือ จึงมีมงคลให้ลูกหลานมากๆ มีวงศ์วานว่านเครือสืบสกุล
3. องุ่น จีนแต้จิ๋วเรียกว่า พู่-ท้อ พู่ ก็คือ งอก หรืองอกงาม ท้อ ก็คือ พ้องเสียงกับลูกท้อที่เป็นผลไม้มงคล อายุยืน
4. สับปะรด คนจีนแต้จิ๋วเรียก อั้งไล้ แปลว่า เรียกสีแดงมา สีแดงเป็นสีของโชค ก็ประมาณว่าเรียกโชคเข้ามา คนจีนทางใต้นิยมไหว้สับปะรดมาก

ชุดของไหว้ที่เป็นของคาว 5 อย่าง ได้แก่ หมู ไก่ ตับ ปลา และกุ้งมังกร (ต่อมากุ้งมังกรหายาก จึงเปลี่ยนเป็นเป็ดสำหรับคนจีนแต้จิ๋ว และเปลี่ยนเป็นปลาหมึกแห้ง สำหรับคนจีนแคะ)หมู มีความหมายถึงความมั่งคั่ง ด้วยความอ้วนของตัวหมู สะท้อนถึงความกินดีอยู่ดีไก่ มีมงคล 2 อย่างคือ
1. หงอนไก่สื่อถึงหมวกขุนนาง ความหมายมงคลจึงเป็นความก้าวหน้าในงาน
2. ไก่ขันตรงเวลาทุกเช้า สะท้อนถึงการรู้งานตับ คำจีนเรียกว่า กัว พ้องเสียงกับคำว่า กัว ที่แปลว่าขุนนางปลา คนจีนแต้จิ๋วเรียกว่า ฮื้อ โดยมีวลีมงคล อู่-ฮื้อ-อู่-ชื้ง แปลว่า ให้เหลือกินเหลือใช้ ไหว้ปลาเพื่อให้มีเงินเหลือกินเหลือใช้มาก ๆกุ้งมังกร ไหว้ด้วยรูปลักษณ์ของกุ้งที่หัวใหญ่ มีก้ามให้ความรู้สึกถึงอำนาจวาสนา

ก้อเป็นอีกงานที่จัดเกี่ยวกับฝรั่งเศสนะคะ...ไปเป็นครั้งที่2แล้วก็ยังให้ความรู้สึกว่า...โอ้โห..เพราะคนที่มาร่วม

งานเยอะมาก(อย่างที่เห็นเลยล่ะค่ะ)ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นเด็กนักเรียนที่มาจากโรงเรียนต่างๆ อาทิ เตรียมอุดม

ศึกษา จิตรลดา เซนต์โยแซฟ รวมทั้งโรงเรียนราชินีบูรณะของเรา(น่าจะมีคนไปเยอะที่สุดนะคะ)...ปีนี้พวก

กิจกรรมต่างๆก็มี ร้องเพลงคาราโอเกะฝรั่งเศส แสดงละคร (สนุกมากๆ) ร้องเพลงประสานเสียง(เด็กตัวเล็กๆ

ร้องน่ารักมากค่ะ)แล้วก็มีตอบคำถามชิงรางวัลเกี่ยวกับฝรั่งเศสมากมากมายเลย และที่สำคัญคือ

เปตองนั่นเองค่ะ เพราะโรงเรียนของเราส่งเพื่อนๆเข้าร่วมแข่งขันด้วย และได้ผ่านเข้ารอบชิงชนะเลิศ(น่า

ปลื้มมาก)แต่ผลการแข่งขันเป็นยังไงบ้างยังไม่ทราบเลย ส่วนเกมส์คำศัพท์ภาษาฝรั่งเศสนั่น โรงเรียนเราก็

ส่งเพื่อนๆเข้าแข่งขันเหมือนกัน แต่น่าเสียดายค่ะที่เราตกรอบเลยล่ะเพราะเรายังไม่รู้แนวทางการแข่งขันนั่นเ

อง(เพื่อนที่ร่วมแข่งขันบอกอย่างนั้น)ตอนที่อธิบายกฎการแข่งขันเขาพูดเป็นภาษาฝรั่งเศสหมดเลย เพื่อนๆเ

ลยไม่ค่อยเข้าใจเท่าไหร่นัก555+แต่ไม่เป็นไรสู้ใหม่นะจ้า(เป็นประสบการณ์ไง)ก็ได้ให้ความรู้มากมายเลย

สำหรับงานนี้... เป็นการเปิดตาเพื่อมองหาสิ่งดีในชีวิตอีกครั้งหนึ่งค่ะ

ภาษาฝรั่งเศสน่ารู้(mot intéressant)

• Cedex (เซแด๊กซ์)คุณจะได้พบเห็นคำ Cedex นี้ปรากฎตามที่อยู่ของเมืองต่างๆ หรือจ่าหน้าซองตามระบบไปรณีย์ของฝรั่งเศส เช่นMNEF, 22, bd Saint-Michel, 75270 Paris Cedex 06, Franceหรือ Parc Valrose, 06034 Nice Cedex, France คำ Cedex ดังกล่าวมิใช่รหัสไปรษณีย์ แต่ทว่าเป็นคำย่อของ Courrier d' Entreprise à Distribution Exceptionnelle ซึ่งหมายถึงไปรษณีย์ภัณฑ์ของหน่วยงาน หรือบริษัทที่มีการนำจ่ายเป็นกรณีพิเศษ

• Au pair (โอแปร์)(jeune fille au pair) หมายถึงนักศึกษาู้หญิงที่ไปพักอาศัยกับครอบครัวหนึ่งครอบครัวใดในต่างประเทศเพื่อศึกษา หรือ เรียนรู้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมในประเทศนั้นโดยมีที่พักและอาหารแลกเปลี่ยนกับการช่วยทำงานให้โดยไม่มีค่าจ้างแต่อาจได้รับเงินติดกระเป๋าเล็กๆน้อยๆได้ "Cette jeune fille travaille au pair."

• Tennisเป็นคำภาษาอังกฤษที่มีที่มาจากภาษาฝรั่งเศส"tenez" (ออกเสียง "เตเนซ" ตามสำเนียงอังกฤษ แปลว่า จับ ยึด หรือ รับให้อยู่) สะกดตามการออกเสียงภาษาอังกฤษ เป็น "tennis"แล้วฝรั่งเศสก็รับกลับมาใช้ตามการสะกด และความหมายแบบอังกฤษ คือ 1. กีฬาเทนนิส "Elle aime jouer au tennis." [หล่อนชอบเล่นเทนนิส]2. รองเท้ากีฬา (ผ้าใบ พื้นยาง)"On met des tennis pour faire du sport."[เราสวมรองเท้าผ้าใบเพื่อเล่นกีฬา]

Galyani Vadhana

Galyani Vadhana (née le 6 mai 1923 à Londres, Royaume-Uni et morte le 2 janvier 2008 à Bangkok, Thaïlande), est une princesse du royaume de Thaïlande, sœur aînée du roi Rama IX. Son nom officiel est Somdej Phra Chao Pheenang Ther Chao Fa Galyani Vadhana Kromma Luang Narathiwat Rajanagarindra (traduisible par Son altesse royale princesse Galyani Vadhana, princesse de Narathiwat).

Elle est la fille unique du prince Mahidol Adulyadej of Songkla, fils du roi Chulalongkorn (Rama V) et de la reine Savang Vadhana, et de Sangwal Talabhat (plus tard connue comme princesse Srinagarindra, la princesse mère). Elle est premièrememnt prénommée "May" sur son acte de naissance avant d'être baptisée sous le nom de Mom Chao Galyani Vadhana Mahidol par le roi Vajiravudh (Rama VI). Son nom "Vadhana" vient d'un de ceux de sa grand-mère paternelle, Savang Vadhana. En 1927, elle est en conséquence promue au rang royal, comme princesse de Thaïlande (Phra Vorawongse Ther Phra Ong Chao) par le roi Prajadhipok (Rama VII).

Pendant la Seconde guerre mondiale, elle épouse le Colonel Aram Rattanakul Serireongrit, alors militaire thaï rattaché à la Suisse. De cette union naît une fille Thanpuying Dhasanawalaya Sornsongkram. Ils divorcent et la princesse se remarie avec le prince Varananda Dhavaj, décédé en 1990.

Avec le soutien de la princesse royale, des projets sont mis sur pied pour les arts thaï, l'éducation, le sport, le revenu minimum. Elle est présidente ou présidente honoraire de nombreuses organisations et fondations, parmi lesquelles Cardiac Children’s Foundation, Princess Mother’s Charity Fund, Autistic Foundation of Thailand. Elle crée sa propre fondation de financement d'études de musiciens prometteurs.

Elle est le patron d'un grand nombre de fondations de la musique classique. Durant son enfance, elle est restée en Suisse. Donc, elle peut parler couramment le français et l'allemand. Elle a créé l'Académie royale de la langue Française en Thaïlande. Elle a enseigné une fois les étudiants de l'université en Français et en Français des poèmes. Elle a également traduit des livres de Français en thaï. Elle a introduit la culture Française en Thaïlande. Elle a fait de nombreux voyages hors de la Thaïlande, représentant la famille royale thaïlandaise et de son pays.

La princesse est admise au Siriraj Hospital en juin 2007 pour des douleurs abdominales. Les médecins diagnostiquent un cancer. En octobre 2007, la princesse est victime d'un infarctus à l'hémisphère cérébral gauche causé par l'occlusion d'une artère cérébrale. Le 13 du même mois, le roi Rama IX est hospitalisé lui aussi pour un caillot de sang au cerveau, qui après sa sortie le 7 novembre rend visite à sa sœur quasi quotidiennement. Le 14 décembre, un bulletin de santé fait part de son état de grande fatigue.

Elle décède dans cet hôpital le 2 janvier 2008, âgée de 84 ans. Il est déclaré un deuil national de 100 jours.
